All meshed up

All meshed up!  was the spark in the Meshmen story. Me and Fredrik was at the time doing advanced photo retouch and started to play with all new consumer based 3d programs that pop up like  spunges in the early 90s. Programs such as Bryce, Pixels 3d, Strata studio Pro and a lot of plugins to photoshop and related programs inspired us to make what today would be called a blog. On every lunchbreak we had a goal to produce a quick “artwork” and post it to a web site called All Meshed UP. The image had to be produced during our lunchbreak and we were trying to do themes related to current events. The Mars Nasa landing had its own image and other events their own. As we wre on a time limit we also took all the really bad images and posted them to another blog section we later came to name  3d junkyard.

At the same time this was going on I was going on trade fares in new technology within graphic design and 3d and found this Magazine called Mac Art & Design that was run by Anders F Rönnblom who also produce Music and had his own design studio called Studio Matchbox. I liked the format of the Magazine and all the new content from around the world featuring graphic design artists
